John Burnett Wind shear in LAS rather stiff. Enough to continuously disengage APRCH mode. Flew by hand all the way down the glideslope but lost the gust just as I got in ground effect and sank hard getting the 500+ ldg rate.
Eric Grindstaff No worries John. We've all had rough ones, lol. But you're still in the landing rate limit. -800 for Open Division and -600 for Historic and Pro. But even those aren't set in stone. The occasional landing over the limit is generally ok (depending on your Hub Manager) as long as it's not -1000 or higher.
